Pros Good people, good environment Cons Bad communication between departments I worked as a calibration tech so I got in between 5 and 6am and worked a full eight shift or longer if needed with an unpaid lunch break. Every Friday they give out free doughnut which are good. My day is spent calibrating sensors and the senior techs and my coworkers are extremely helpful if I need help. Don't be lazy and calibrate at least 3-4 sensors a shift and you should be good. The job atmosphere is super friendly and people tell jokes while working. So if your a tech looking for work I recommend this place. Pros free doughnuts on Fridays I feel it's a great company to work for. The management team are a great team and are usually pretty fair and easy to talk to. I hate that we work 12 hours but we do get a three day weekend every other week. Cons Decent benefits package A Material Handler position at the Frederick Thermo Fisher distribution center is better than no job at all, but not by much.
