Advertisement Job Description Job Summary: The Administrative Coordinator is responsible to provideadministrativesupport to the YSC and serve as a contact for the Directoroffice withthe internal and external parties. Key Responsibilities: 1. Serve as a primary contact for the YSCDirectoroffice and liaise with other offices, internally or externally, as appropriate. 2. Handle and maintain the YSC Director schedule and agenda. 3. Schedule and arrange YSC meeting, appointmentsandother responsibilities that may arise on the agenda. 4. Establish and maintain a filling systemwithdepartmental records and databases. 5. Accept, screen, and route telephone callsandmaintain log of inquiries as required. 6. Draft or prepare responses to routine inquiriesandcorrespondences. 7. Sort, screen, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. 8. Greet and direct visitors as and when appropriate. 9. Assists in the coordination, supervision, andcompletion of special projects as appropriate, with the sectionheads, outreach and communication specialist, and the data analyst.
