I just tell him I say it how it is. I don't sugar coat anything. During half of this conversation I am leaning forward off of the cashwrap - Like I'm grabbing onto two different handles of the drawer and I'm leaning forward because I know this guy isn't going to buy anything, I'm bored, I'm waiting for him to leave so I can continue on with whatever I was doing. When he turned towards me, this man literally locked eyes with me for 10 seconds. Even said, he wish he could stay longer. I'm also going to be honest in this instance, when I make eye contact with a man when I am working, I am not the one to break eye contact. Myself personally, breaking eye contact as a women shows weakness and makes the man think he's more dominant in any situation he's in.. which is why I don't break eye contact first. The reason why the eye contact was broken is because somebody else came into the store to do a return. To also provide a little more context to this situation, I was by myself since my coverage was on his break.
